Addiction doesn’t just steal your sobriety—it strips you of your sense of self. It buries you beneath layers of regret, denial, and moments you wish you could erase. I know this because I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to be trapped inside your own mind, haunted by the same cycles you swore you’d break. The shame. The isolation. The gut-wrenching belief that maybe this is just who you are.
But here’s the truth: You are not your addiction. You are not your worst decisions. And you are not beyond saving.
The road to recovery is not straight, and it sure as hell isn’t easy. There’s no single moment of enlightenment where everything clicks, no magic cure that erases the past. There is only the next choice. The decision to keep moving, even when the weight of it all tells you to quit.
My own journey through addiction wasn’t about alcohol—it was about what I was trying to escape. It was about silencing emotions I didn’t want to face, numbing the anxiety that whispered, “You’ll never be enough.” The bottle was never the problem. It was the symptom. And that’s what I help my clients understand—recovery isn’t just about quitting. It’s about confronting the things you’ve been running from.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all recovery. I don’t follow scripts, and I don’t force anyone into a mold that doesn’t fit. Because addiction isn’t about weakness—it’s about survival. It’s about the ways we learned to cope when we didn’t know any better. And real healing isn’t about taking away the coping mechanism without addressing the pain underneath.
I specialize in coaching people who feel stuck in the in-between—people who have tried traditional recovery, who have gone to meetings, sat in therapy, read the books, and still feel like something isn’t clicking. People who have lived with their own monsters, who carry a weight they can’t explain, who wake up every day knowing they want more, but not sure how to get there.
✔ This is not a step-by-step program. Recovery is not linear. You are not powerless. You don’t need to surrender—you need to reclaim.
✔ This is not about fixing you. You are not broken. But the patterns that keep pulling you back? Those can be broken.
✔ This is not about shame. You don’t need another lecture, another guilt trip, another person telling you to just stop. You need tools. You need accountability. You need a path that actually makes sense for you.
My addiction recovery coaching is built around real strategies for real people—people who don’t fit into traditional models, who need something deeper than just “quit drinking and go to meetings.” I help clients understand their triggers, their thought patterns, their self-sabotage cycles. I help them rebuild—not as the person they were before addiction, but as the person they were always meant to be.
🚀 Coaching is available online through secure telehealth and messaging, providing real-time support for those ready to take control of their lives.
✔ People who have tried traditional recovery programs but still feel lost.
✔ High-functioning professionals who hide their addiction but feel like it’s slowly eating them alive.
✔ People who want sobriety—but not the labels, not the shame, not the outdated recovery clichés.
✔ Those who feel like something is missing in their healing process and need a deeper, individualized approach.
✔ Anyone tired of starting over, tired of white-knuckling their way through, tired of feeling like they’re failing at their own recovery.
I have spent over 22 years as a licensed counselor, specializing in addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health. But more than credentials, I bring real-life understanding. I have walked through the fire. I know what it means to fight for yourself when it feels like the world has already written you off.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling
and Human Development from Walsh University and am:

This isn’t just a career for me. It’s my purpose.
Outside of coaching, I am a writer. My memoir, 2Bits: Fragmented Memories, is a raw, unapologetic look at addiction, self-destruction, and the slow, painful process of rebuilding. It’s not a recovery success story—it’s a survival story.A story for those who have been to the edge and wondered if they’d ever make it back.
I also created recovery workbooks designed to help people navigate the mess of healing on their own terms. These aren’t rigid, step-by-step guides—they are tools for deep self-exploration, for breaking patterns, challenging beliefs, and making sense of the chaos.
✔ 2Bits: 13 Insights – A Guide to Rebuilding on Your Own Terms
✔ The Forgotten Five Steps – The Recovery Path No One Talks About
✔ The Recovery Toolbox – A Practical Guide to Taking Back Control
These resources are included in my coaching, because healing isn’t just about talking—it’s about doing the work.
I don’t believe in selling hope—I believe in building it. One choice, one action, one step at a time.
If you’re tired of feeling stuck, tired of pretending you have it all together, tired of trying and failing with methods that don’t work for you—I see you.I’ve been there. And I can help.
💡 This is your life. Your recovery. Your choice. And if you’re ready to take it back, I’m ready to help.
